Mary Sagan sold a house to my parents in 2009 in the area and I knew she had to my real estate agent as well. I have recommended her previously to my significant other to help with office space leasing and when it was time to purchase our first new home with my significant other, Mary Sagan was on my speed dial as #1. Highly recommended!! A 10/10. :)

Lynn went to work for us the moment we contacted her with our need to find a home very quickly in a certain area. She was diligent in finding several homes immediately for us to view. The last one we saw met all our needs and she guided us all the way to the closing date as to what needed to be done to purchase this home, while living in a different state. Lynn made it easy and possible for us to close on the house we wanted to live in. We can't thank her enough. From the day we found the house, we moved in almost one month later. I sold four properties that Kelly had listed for me. Two of the properties were multiunit rental properties with tenants that would not vacate the premises. The vacant units were in disrepair from many years of renters. Kelly gave me input on current color schemes and finishes to make the remodeled units attractive to potential buyers. Kelly was able to build a relationship with the tenants to schedule showings, inspections and appraisals. That was difficult and complicated at times with tenants that refused to move, all this taking place during the state of Illinois' non-eviction order in place. Kelly was referred to me by a friend of mine who has been in the industry for many years. My future referrals to anyone looking for a listing agent would go to Kelly West.

I haven't had a whole lot of experience with Realtors. I asked her to show us the first duplex just because I wanted to compare it to my daughters that i was interested in buying. I was told by my friend Marie would just show it to me and not bother me afterwards like pressuring me to look at more etc... And that was the case. I called her.

I just appreciated doing the whole process kind of on my terms. Marie was so accommodating.

She always had or got the info i needed and was by my side through the whole process.
